Public Service Leadership Circle Program Preview

The Public Service Leadership Circle is a virtual cross-agency leadership development opportunity offered exclusively to California-based federal employees. Based on the Partnership’s Public Service Leadership Model, the new leadership development program highlights the core values federal leaders at any level must prioritize, and the critical competencies they must master to achieve their agencies’ missions and desired impact.

This 42-minute “program preview” includes an overview of the competencies and core values of the Public Service Leadership Model and a discussion with NASA’s Parimal Kopardekar about why the Public Service Leadership Circle program is a valuable investment for federal leaders looking to equip their employees to excel in a regional setting.
