Throughout her tenure, she consistently demonstrated respect for residents, city staff, and other stakeholders. Her conduct exuded dignity, and she maintained an open ear to all ideas presented. With over two decades of work across diverse services including public safety, municipal clerk, fire districts, human resources, etc. Carla has also dedicated herself to numerous community volunteer endeavors, consistently offering support wherever it was needed. Her integrity, grit, dedication and compassion are her hallmarks and a key factor in her career success in the public service sector.

I would like to thank the entire Office of Human Resources team at the National Credit Union Administration for their dedication to federal service, the agency, and our workforce who depend on them every day.
